We are in search of an additional ASM to expand our current sales team and to target additional customers for planned growth. The ASM will manage sales activities of a specified region to meet or exceed sales goals and customer expectations.
Develops strategic relationships with key customers within assigned territory and sells the full Avalign product portfolio.
Works closely with Sr. Management to determine revenue and margin forecasts for assigned territory.
Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals; Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
Coordinates liaison between sales and all other sales related units, working closely with all supporting internal resources throughout the project lifecycle to over-achieve customer expectations.
Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product; Delivers sales presentations to key clients.
Analyzes and controls expenditures of assigned territory to conform to budgetary requirements.
Communicates regularly with VP of Sales regarding key customer and territory trends, new product or service opportunities and competitive activities.
Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 or more years of related sales or marketing experience in the surgical product market or equivalent combination of education and experience.
