CNC Milling Machinist
2nd Shift 4:30p - 3:00am / 7:30p-6:00am
Monday - Thursday
Weekend shift: Friday-Sunday
6:00am - 6:00pm
Perform all set-up and operational functions of 3/4/5 axis CNC milling centers required to fabricate medical instruments and implants.
Operate and maintain CNC milling machines, finish machines, hand tools, and fixtures.
Read and interpret blue prints, inspection check-sheets and instructions.
Use basic inspection tools, such as calipers, micrometers, optical comparator, height stands, etc.
Burr removal on all parts where required.
Make machine adjustments, tool changes, etc. as required.
Interface with Visual Labor Entry system and monitor work orders.
Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
High school diploma or GED are preferred but not required.
Ability to lift up to 40lbs
Knowledge of CNC milling machines
Self-starter and ability to work in a fast paced environment
