Standard & Custom Design Flex Shafts
Avalign’s engineering team will work with you based on your application to
identify the best solution. Standard flex shaft solutions have design features
that range from: OD: Ø0.125” to Ø0.375” (Ø3mm to Ø8mm), Dynamic Bend Angle: 30°
to 90°, and Ultimate Torque Strength: 12in·lb-330 in·lb (0.3 Nm to 14Nm). Custom
flex shafts can also be engineered per your specific performance requirements
and surgical applications.
